New Years Eve White Flare Leg Pants

Happy New Year Babes! 

I hope everyone is having a relaxing day watching football and eating black eyed peas! My mom makes them on New Years every year. This is actually the first New Years Day I haven’t spent with my family. I’ve always been on winter break from college during New Years and spent the day with them. Black Eyed Peas are supposed to give you good luck into the New Year! I got mine from Trader Joe’s this year. 

I am also making this yummy chili recipe today. My best friend and I went and bought the ingredients this morning and it is so easy you just throw everything into the slow cooker! We are having a few friends over tonight to enjoy it with us. I am linking the recipe here. I’ll share a photo of it on my Insta stories later today! 

This is the outfit I wore last night for New Years. We went to the Statler New Year’s Eve Party and it was so fun. We went with a bunch of our friends and it was a fun way to ring in the New Year. I bought these pants a month ago and then they went out of stock so I’ve been waiting to share them until they came back! But they are stocked in almost all sizes. I sized up one size because the reviews said they ran small. These are the best pants. They are not see through at all and the fabric flows when you walk. They are so timeless. I am in love with the pleats around the pockets. I did have to get them hemmed a few inches because they run very long but my local tailor was able to hem them no problem. They are also lined on the inside with silk and the extra material is nice for white pants. 

Also, if you know me you know that I am a hazard around food and dips. I spill everything and am such a messy eater which makes wearing white pants an issue. The first time I wore these I spilled red wine on them and they came out the next day at the dry cleaners. These pants are worth the investment for that reason alone and I can’t recommend them enough! Linking them here.
